Cedar Park

Cedar Park SignCedar Park is a northern suburb of Austin.  Just 17 miles from downtown, Cedar Park was founded in 1887 and is now the third largest city in the Austin area.  With a population of 65,000 within it’s city limits, and 83,000 including it’s ETJ, Cedar Park continues to grow at a fast pace.  Cedar Park has seen 400% growth in the past 10 years and was ranked among the top 10 Best Suburbs in America by Movato

The medical facilities in Cedar Park are growing quickly as well.  The recent addition of the Cedar Park Regional Medical Center and Emergency began in influx of at least 17 medical related businesses that have opened in 2015/16, including neurological and pediatric specialty services, mental health and maternity facilities, many of which are close to the CPRMC and the 1890 Ranch shopping destination.

CedarParkThe city is located on the border of the Texas Hill Country and near the northeast shore of Lake Travis.  Cedar Park has 927 acres of parks and natural areas and approximately 22 miles of walking/running/cycling trails.  With it’s highly accredited School System, Leander ISD, and easy access to hiking, bicycling, water sports, live music, great food, shopping or any other activity you enjoy, Cedar Park is one of the best cities in the area to live.

If you are considering a move to Cedar Park, I am the perfect agent for you.  Not only does my small business operate out of Cedar Park, but I have lived here for 16+ years myself.  I am constantly amazed by the number of entrepreneurs and small business owners and employees I meet on a daily basis.  Though the city is growing, it still has a small town feel and friendly atmosphere.  It’s the perfect place to plant roots, with homes ranging from starter homes to multi-million dollar estates, condos to acreage property, and a little something for everyone!
